As always her iconic prints have a huge range, from colorful stripes and intentionally mis-matched patchwork to ikat florals and the brands own spin on tye-dye. Each style is realized in her usual repertoire of fine fabrics: chiffon and recycled chiffon, double-woven georgette, crepe, satin, and recycled polyester jersey. In true JH fashion, this collection is filled with never before seen combinations and jaw dropping beauty

Through her eponymous brand, Swedish designer Julia Heuer creates pieces that are instantly recognizable by their handmade plissé and vibrant prints. Heuer’s careful process sees a combination of illustrated stories being directly applied to raw materials and the Japanese tie-dyeing pleating technique of Arashi Shibori. The garments’ delicate pleating and loose but elegant cut create a playful sense of movement and unique silhouette.
