Jennifer Laflamme is a textile artist and designer based in Toronto. She was born in Japan, and grew up in Canada where she studied Fashion Design at Ryerson University. After completing her bachelor in Fashion she studied traditional natural dyeing and textiles in Japan. She currently runs her textile studio Mifi Mifi in Toronto where she makes one of a kind pieces that are carefully hand-crafted using traditional textile techniques that are rooted in her cultural background.
