We hosted a convivial evening of community dining, with a meal, wine and dessert brought to us by artist and chef extraordinaire Sidney Starkman.

Ratatouille Summer  focuses on the time of harvest, and the most emblematic vegetables that are avail in copious amounts. At 100% Silk Shop there is nothing we love more than high effort combined with humble elements.

This summer closer meal was be made by our hands, perfectly diced and arranged in our families kitchens, and brought to the plates we share with our guests as a one eve only, in person event. In the place we have had many a night of our own birthday parties, barbecues, and magical, personal moments.
