Shipping & Returns
All items will be processed and shipped within 3 business days (unless otherwise specified). To keep shipping costs low we use USPS and Canada Post for standard shipping within the United States and Canada, and Asendia tracked shipping for international orders. All express shipments are made with DHL.
We have been experiencing heavy delays due to Covid-19, especially on packages going to Australia and Europe. If you need your order to arrive within 2-3 weeks we highly recommend upgrading to express shipping.
We offer free shipping in North America on all orders over $500CAD = $357 USD

DHL Express (1-2 business days) $30CAD
USPS (2-4 business days) $20CAD = $15 USD
DHL Express (1-2 business days) $35 CAD = $25 USD
Standard (5-22 business days) $30 CAD = 20 EUR
DHL Express (2-4 business days) $60 CAD = 40 EUR

All packages we ship are trackable. We are not responsible for customs delays, duties or taxes on international shipments.
We feel you, but are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed orders, or items damaged in transit. That said, get in touch if you have any issues and we will help out as best we can from our end. And please ensure your shipping address is a secure location.
Orders are shipped to the address provided. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be refunded but can be reshipped at the expense of the customer.
International shipments may be subject to additional customs, duties and fees and are the full responsibility of the recipient. Once a package is remitted to the postal carrier, 100% Silk is no longer liable for it. While we will make every effort to assist you in receiving compensation if a package goes missing or is damaged (something we have never had happen), it is your responsibility to follow up with the carrier. If you would like arrange additional insurance for your item please e-mail us to arrange it at email@example.com.
Exchange or store credit is available for all non-sale items returned within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned goods must be unworn and in perfect condition.
Online return policy:
We will exchange or refund all non-sale items if posted by trackable mail or courier within 7 days of receipt. Item must arrive to the shop within 30 days of receipt.
Please notify us via e-mail why the item is being returned and if you would like an exchange, store credit or refund. Returns will not be issued until the goods have been received and processed. Please allow up to 10 days for returns to appear on your credit card statement/Paypal account.

Promotional sale purchases (items purchased with a discount code) are available for exchange or store credit only.
Due to the handmade nature of many of our products, irregularities and inconsistencies are to be expected. We recommend most of the garments be dry cleaned only.
