SHIPPING

All items will be processed and shipped within 3 business days (unless otherwise specified). To keep shipping costs low we use UPS and Canada Post for standard shipping within the United States and Canada, and Asendia tracked shipping for international orders. To have an item express shipped internationally please contact 100percentsilkshop@gmail.com and we will be happy to arrange it. 

 International shipments may be subject to additional customs, duties and fees and are the full responsibility of the recipient. Once a package is remitted to the postal carrier, 100% Silk is no longer liable for it. While we will make every effort to assist you in receiving compensation if a package goes missing or is damaged (something we have never had happen), it is your responsibility to follow up with the carrier. If you would like arrange additional insurance for your item please e-mail us to arrange it at 100percentsilkshop@gmail.com.

RETURNS

We offer store credit on any unworn, unused and unwashed item within 14 days of receipt. Please e-mail 100percentsilkshop@gmail.com for instructions on how to process the return. If the item is not received within 30 days, all sales are final. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Due to the handmade nature of many of our products, irregularities and inconsistencies are to be expected. We recommend most of the garments be dry cleaned only.
