Cotton bazin low waisted mini skirt, creating a smooth waxy texture soft to the touch and lightweight on the skin. The Capelli Skirt has a second layer attached through snap buttons at the front, that transform the straight cut bottom into an asymmetrical hem. Side zip and hook closure. Featured in yellow with pink fabric panel details on the left, and thin lattice details on the right. As sweet as can be.
