The 1000 Tassels Dress has a structured top with double layered fabric, a white roses patterned cotton layer on top of white cotton lining, and string ties below the back shoulders and around the waist for an adjustable, tailored fit. Below the bodice is a low waist designed voluminous skirt tier accented with side button closures, while white cotton thread tassels embellish the hem and neckline. Pretty as a picture.

We will exchange or refund all regular-priced clothing items if posted by trackable mail or courier within 4 days of receipt. The item must arrive to the shop within 14 days of posting. For refunds, you will be refunded the cost of the returned items at the time of purchase minus a return fee of $10.
