Ruffles upon ruffles adorn this short sleeved blouse, crafted from black organic cotton. A gathered ruffled collar inches slightly up the neck, while a four-tiered tie closure at the back exposes the perfect amount of skin. Added whimsy comes from a blush pink silk organza rosette, which is removable if you so choose.

We will exchange or refund all regular-priced clothing items if posted by trackable mail or courier within 4 days of receipt. The item must arrive to the shop within 14 days of posting. For refunds, you will be refunded the cost of the returned items at the time of purchase minus a return fee of $10.
