Navigating how to support herself in managing physical pain amongst mental health, Remy Maelen discovered the power of herbal medicine in 2013 and has been creating tinctures and tonics ever since — a herbalist, artist, movement facilitator, and community organizer working to create collective language around care and embodiment. Thus GOODWITCH is born. Maelen’s certification and trainings include clinical herbalism, the science of Meridians (TCM), pilates, and integrative somatic therapy, coupled with a small team to shape her focus around accessibility and interdependence.
